The Application for the 2016 Brent Julien Memorial Veterinary Scholarship will be available here and from Isle of Wight County High School Guidance Departments beginning on September 21st, 2015. Application is due no later than January 15, 2016.

Gimme Shelter established this scholarship in 2010 when the store first opened and has now renamed it in memory of Brent Julien, son of Allyn and Sarah Julien of Smithfield. The Julien family have been vital supporters of Gimme Shelter since it's founding.
The purpose of this $5,000 scholarship is to provide an Isle of Wight County High School student who is pursuing a degree to become a Veterinarian or a Veterinarian Technician with financial assistance towards the cost of their degree. Please contact your high school guidance counselor for more information about this scholarship.
